Our TVR 5 and TV R 8 operators are hollow shaft operator that are used on the Scandinavian market mainly for the automation of sliding gates. However, they are also suitable for spring-balanced and asymmetric sectional doors, high-speed doors, fire protection doors, swing doors, and folding doors .
TVR-5 operators and TVR-8 operators have an optional quick coupling for manual operation, an adjustable overload clutch as well as integrated fall protection for doors that are unbalanced. In addition, the gearbox can be equipped with a 10 Nm electric brake. The operators from these two series consist of modular components, which allow you to select all the functions you require for your application. The TVR 5 and TVR 8 have both mechanical and digital limit values. The gearbox is available with three different limit ratios in each case.
Thanks to the standard IEC adapter flange, a wide range of different electric motors and speed ranges are available. All electric motors are designed for the use of frequency converters .
Depending on what is requested, the delivery includes only the TVR 5 or TVR 8, or a complete automation package with control unit and the necessary accessories for the Scandinavian market. Alternatively, to control it, simply use our CS 320 comfortable control unit.
